Free health checks Aged 50-74? Would you like some health advice? We are offering free health checks with a registered nurse, and lifestyle advice with a fully trained advisor, across the Maidstone Borough. The service is offered in partnership with the NHS health check program.
The FREE health check-up will involve 45 minutes spent with the nurse. Who will look at your: BMI Blood pressure Heart rate Sugar levels Vision Lung capacity And if relevant discuss diabetes management
	After visiting the nurse you will see the lifestyle advisor for 45 minutes who will look at the check-up results with you, and discuss if any lifestyle changes are needed. necessary. They will then ask you to book an appointment for a review in 6 months.
