• Helpers for our 'WII and a Tea' exercise sessions

Volunteering:

• Can help people to make friends and get them out and about again after a change in their life
• Can mean their life experience, work skills, talents and their abilities can be used to help others
• Can help people to change their life, work or outlook on life
• Can help people to learn new skill and aid them in returning to work

Without our team of excellent and motivated volunteers we would not be able to offer the range of services that we do. Our transport service is operated by our team of Mini Bus drivers and Escorts. Our computer class tutors are all volunteers and without the Day Centre helpers we would not be able to offer the range of support and activities that are available in our Day Centers.
