If you have an elderly friend or relative visiting you or perhaps someone who is a little unsteady on their feet then drop by our Mill Street office to take a look at our wide range of wheelchairs we have available to hire.
The wheelchairs can be hired out for blocks of seven days, a few hours or a couple of days. That means the option is there if you were popping into Maidstone for a bit shopping and felt that a wheelchair would be beneficial then you can drop by our offices in the morning and bring it back at the end of the day.
7 Days hire costs £10
Daily hire rate costs £3
Clients will need to pay a £50 returnable deposit; this is to cover any loss or damage occurred to the wheelchair whilst in the clients care.
You can hire out the wheelchairs:
Monday- Thursday between 10am and 4pm
Friday 10-2pm

Wii and a Tea Exercise sessions
Do you want to get more active? Fancy a bit of competitive fun? With the help from a Nintendo WII Fit those of who are mobile and aged over 50 can now enjoy our free fun-filled sessions aimed to help with posture, balance and overall well being.
You can expect from each session:
- Guidance from an experienced fitness coach
- Biscuits with tea or coffee
- Up to an hour on the console playing competitive games
- A wide range of game options
- To have fun and meet new people
The session are free and open to anyone who can make their own to the centre.
